Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
   • If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the estimated service cost.
2. No-Show Policy:
   • If you fail to be present for a scheduled service without prior notice, a fee of 50% of the estimated service cost will be charged.

Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
   • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess your concerns and, if justified, offer a remedy, which may include a partial refund or additional service at no charge.
2. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
     • Services were not performed as agreed.
     • The quality of work did not meet professional standards.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
   • Certain services, such as emergency tree services or assessments, may not be eligible for refunds once performed.

• Service date and description of the service
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
